1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern all orders, deliveries, products, and services offered by Strapmont through its online store and apply to all business relationships between Strapmont and its customers.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products
Strapmont offers aftermarket accessories and compatible products for selected watch models, including straps, adapters, protective cases, and accessory sets.
All product images, renderings, and visual representations are for illustrative purposes only. Minor deviations in color, finish, materials, dimensions, or design may occur due to manufacturing processes, display settings, or ongoing product improvements.
Strapmont reserves the right to modify product specifications, packaging, availability, or pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. Prices & Currency
All prices are based in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Depending on the customer’s location, prices may automatically be displayed in a local currency for convenience. Currency conversions are approximate and based on current exchange rates. Final charges may vary depending on the customer’s payment provider, bank, or applicable exchange rates at the time of payment.
Shipping costs, import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other local fees may apply depending on the destination country and are shown separately where applicable.
Strapmont reserves the right to adjust prices at any time. The applicable price is the price displayed at the moment the order is placed.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.
A binding purchase contract is only concluded once Strapmont confirms the order via email or dispatches the goods.
Strapmont reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock availability issues, or misuse of the website.
6. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment is charged immediately upon completion of the order.
If unauthorized activity, payment irregularities, or fraudulent behavior is suspected, Strapmont reserves the right to suspend, review, or cancel the order.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Strapmont ships internationally.
Estimated delivery times are non-binding and may vary depending on production schedules, customs clearance, shipping carriers, force majeure, or other circumstances outside Strapmont’s control.
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Any import duties, VAT, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Risk transfers to the customer upon handover of the shipment to the shipping carrier, where legally permitted.
8. Pre-Orders
Certain products may be offered as pre-order items.
Estimated shipping or production dates for pre-orders are non-binding estimates and may change due to manufacturing, logistics, supplier delays, or demand fluctuations.
By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that delays may occur.
Strapmont reserves the right to modify or cancel pre-orders if necessary. In such cases, affected customers will be notified and refunded where applicable.
9. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Strapmont voluntarily grants customers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.
Returned products must:

be in original condition

include all original packaging, accessories, and protective materials

show no signs of wear, installation, or damage
The following items are excluded from returns:

Unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned goods. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
10. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights under Swiss law apply.
Customers are required to inspect delivered products immediately upon receipt and report visible defects, incorrect deliveries, or transport damage without undue delay.
The warranty does not cover:

damage caused by external influences or third parties
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strapmont shall only be liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or third-party claims is excluded.
Use of Strapmont products is at the customer’s own responsibility and risk.
12. Trademark Disclaimer
Strapmont is an independent aftermarket accessories brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Audemars Piguet, Swatch Group, or any other watch manufacturer.
All trademarks, logos, brand names, and product names are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive compatibility purposes.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Strapmont website, including but not limited to text, product images, graphics, logos, branding elements, and designs, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written permission from Strapmont is prohibited.
14. Privacy Policy
Information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Strapmont Privacy Policy.
15. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Switzerland, excluding conflict of law provisions and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction shall be Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
