Shipping Policy

Strapmont ships worldwide to a wide range of international destinations.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed during checkout based on the customer’s location.

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation and shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer. Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information where available.

Processing & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are non-binding.

Due to high demand, limited production capacity, pre-order phases, international logistics processes, customs inspections, or carrier-related delays, shipping and delivery times may occasionally be longer than expected.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that delays in processing, fulfillment, or delivery may occur, particularly during product launches, promotional periods, or periods of exceptionally high order volume.

International Shipping & Customs

Strapmont ships internationally. Depending on the destination country, shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or additional local charges imposed by local authorities.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customers are also responsible for complying with local import regulations and providing accurate shipping information.

Shipping Liability

Strapmont is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping provider, where permitted by applicable law.

In cases of incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, Strapmont reserves the right to charge additional shipping or handling costs for reshipment.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the issue with the shipping provider. However, resolution times may vary depending on the carrier and destination country.
