Return, Withdrawal & Warranty Policy

At Strapmont, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Therefore, we voluntarily grant our customers a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the order is received.

This policy applies in addition to any statutory rights available under applicable Swiss law.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and protective materials

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, modification, or installation

  • Be returned complete and properly protected for shipping

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Products manufactured on request or made-to-order items

  • Used, worn, damaged, or altered products

  • Products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the delivered product is defective or an incorrect item was supplied.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Strapmont cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on the payment provider or financial institution, processing times may vary and can take several business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or in cases of defective deliveries.

Warranty

All Strapmont branded accessories are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material defects

  • Defective buckles, clasps or hardware

  • Production-related assembly defects

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage, scratches or discoloration

  • Damage caused by accidents, impacts or misuse

  • Improper installation or handling

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Damage caused by chemicals, solvents or extreme conditions

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs showing the defect.

If a warranty claim is approved, Strapmont may, at its sole discretion, repair, replace or refund the affected product.

Swiss Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the registered seat of SSIP AG, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
